Trees for Honoluluās Future ā Kauaāi Call for Entries
Keiki artists in grades K-8 are encouraged to submit their original artwork highlighting the benefits of trees, not the least of which provide a place for many birds to live. Email artcontest@treesforhonolulu.org to be notified when the 9th Annual contest is announced this summer. Online submissions will be considered for grade level winners statewide. Select Kaua’i island hardcopy entries will be displayed at the Wings and Woodlands art exhibit. This is a wonderful opportunity for young artists to share their creativity and appreciation for Hawaiāiās native birds and for the trees that provide them homes.
