Join special guests: Seana Walsh, Mehana Vaughan, Lucas Behnke, and Michelle Clark discussing unique forest types in the Hawaiian Islands, soil types, endangered forests and designated critical habitat, ecosystem-wide threats, single-island endemism, and the visible changes that have occurred in the last decade.

The panel touches on the fact that nearly one fourth (8 out of 23) of the extinctions recently announced in the US have occurred in Hawaiʻi, with half (4 out of 8) of those occurring on Kauaʻi.
